The place was unique and had very helpful staff at the reception desk, enjoyed the stay. I had beautifully decorated room with large bathroom, coffe&tea, the French windows. It was in an excellent location few metres away from a stylish shopping center.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would recommend it to friends. The staff were efficient and attentive from arrival to departure. The room we booked was themed and neat with 3 beds. The fantastic and stunning location was close to Chiado. Had appetising dishes in a nice restaurant.

Had a pleasant stay during our four day visit, everything was very good. Greatly enjoyed beautifully decorated room with view, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The staff were helpful and the location was fantastic. Had nice dainties at Santini Chiado, located few metres away from the hotel. A train station steps away from the property was really handy.
